DESCRIPTION:On the afternoon of Holy Monday\, April 14\, 2025\, at 5:30 PM\, the traditional friendly football match will take place at the Mytilene Municipal Stadium between select veteran teams and Security Forces teams\, honoring the memory of Panagiotis Kymouris\, a member of the Hellenic Coast Guard\, who passed away suddenly in 2017.The match\, consisting of two 45-minute halves\, will feature mixed veteran teams from Lesvos\, Pallesviakos\, and Gera—Panagiotis’s hometown—as well as mixed teams from the Security Forces\, composed of members and former players from the Police\, Fire Department\, and Coast Guard.The organization of this friendly match began both to honor Panagiotis’s memory and to serve as a catalyst for the creation of the Hemodynamics Department at Mytilene Hospital.

DESCRIPTION:For the first time in Lesvos\, the AVALANCHE CHALLENGE MTB is being organized in the Amali area. Athletes will start from sea level\, aiming to reach the summit of Mount Amali. From the summit\, the timed AVALANCHE route will begin\, leading back down to the starting point. \nThe impressive group start from the summit of Amali will give athletes enough time to line up by the time they reach the entrance of the trail. Certainly\, overtaking on the trails will be challenging\, but there will be plenty of opportunities for passing on the forest roads between the trails. The finish will be at the same spot where we started in the morning\, at sea level. \nThe AVALANCHE CHALLENGE MTB AMALI\, taking place on April 26 and 27 on the Amali Peninsula\, is organized by the Lesvos Cycling Club and the Municipality of Mytilene\, with the support of the Natural History Museum. The technical advisor for the race is LESVOS RIDE. The start will be at the Kratigos small port at 9:00 AM. \nSCHEDULE \nThe Technical Briefing will take place on Friday\, April 25\, at 8:00 PM (location to be announced). \nOn the morning of Saturday\, April 26\, free practice sessions will be held. At 4:00 PM\, a prologue will take place at an as-yet undisclosed location to properly position the athletes for the start. The meeting point for the prologue will be announced on Saturday and sent via email to all participants. \nThe athlete participation fee is 30 euros. There will be no last-minute registrations. Participant numbers will be distributed at a location and time to be announced.

Inspiration may come from a specific gaze\, a pose that expresses my emotions\, or a detail that strikes me as beautiful and moving.”   \nAll these elements come together to create an aesthetic reflection of my inner self — a world of my own — where thoughts\, anxieties\, and desires find a place and can be expressed symbolically.Within a defined framework\, the models — primarily women\, often actresses\, dancers\, and performers — are invited to become part of this world\, to play a role\, and to transform.  \nThis approach is grounded in improvisation\, emphasizing spontaneous outcomes through collaboration and interaction\, without being constrained by rigid guidelines.My focus is not only on the depiction of the human form\, the movements of the body\, and the sculptural poses of the models\, but also on natural elements and the surrounding environment.  \nAs a result\, landscapes and still life elements are integrated into my work\, depicted in a less literal manner.My main goal is to create a specific mood or atmosphere rather than provide an accurate and detailed representation of the subject. My intention is to convey a sense of the present moment beyond a literal interpretation—to capture a deeper and more subjective reality\, embedded in an imaginative and symbolic framework.I do not usually work within specific themes or structured series.    \nMy photographs should be viewed more as “fragments” — pieces of a whole that is never fully revealed in its entirety.
