DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, May 11\, 2025\, at 17:00\, the largest bike ride ever held on the island will take place. The Panhellenic Bike Ride 2025. \nThe ride will be divided into three separate routes. One for very young children\, one for all ages\, and a final\, longer route. All rides will start from Sappho Square:\n1st – Small Ride: From Sappho Square to Fikiotrypa and back.\n2nd – Medium Ride: From Sappho Square\, through Chios Street\, the Metropolis\, Agios Evdokimos\, the Playground\, Mytilene Health Center (IKA)\, through the Market-Ermou pedestrian street\, and back to Sappho Square.\n3rd – Large Ride: Along the Promenade\, to the end of the market\, Kyprion Patrioton Square\, Alisida\, the old Olympic site\, and return to Sappho Square. \n

The event will focus on nutrition\, tradition\, and raising awareness about childhood obesity. \nThe aim of the event is to introduce children and parents to local products and traditional dishes through a creative and hands-on experience. \nChildren will prepare snacks and smoothies using pure ingredients\, while chef Stratos Iosifellis will share tips on traditional cuisine with a modern twist. At the same time\, there will be a performance of traditional dances by the group Chorodoiporoi.
