In the context of the Holy Week and the Divine Drama, a high level musical event is organized where the Divine Drama is depicted through a poetic collection “ode”, to the grief of the mother, who is confronted with the loss of her son and this is depicted through the most important works of the great Greek poet Yannis Ritsos “Epitaph” and brought to life through the music of our great composer Mikis Theodorakis.

The event features the renowned performer Fotini Dara, the actress Panagiota Vladi, the Mytilene Polyphonic Choir, choirs from the Municipality of Mytilene and a 12-piece orchestra. The conductor and orchestrator of the orchestra and orchestration of musical instruments is Theodore Lebesis.
