The Local Community of Mistegna and the Cultural Association “Oi Mistegniotes” are organizing the Giusleme Festival — one of Lesvos’ most characteristic traditional delicacies — at the Mistegna Cultural Center. It was often made at home as a sweet during Cheese Week, marking the beginning of the Lent period leading up to Easter.

Traditional dances will be performed, songs by local choirs will be sung, and there will be a musical celebration.
